All support groups are anonymous (first names only), confidential (no reporting or records kept); and facilitated by trained volunteer peers with shared experience of managing mental health issues, recovery, and living well.
We ask everyone to register with their full names so that our staff can confirm that all group participants are in fact physicians.

What you need to know
BEFORE LOGGING ON...
We do not provide emergency mental health support. If you are in crisis or afraid of hurting yourself (or others), call 1-800-273-8255 or text 'TALK' to 741741.
Meetings are open to physicians seeking direct support for themselves.
We have a strict no observer policy. (No exceptions.)
All participants commit to never sharing the identities of group participants.
Latecomers: We can guarantee entry to the group for up to 15 minutes after start time.
All support groups are led by trained volunteer peer facilitators; and are not meant as medical/clinical services.
No one is required to talk; nor will you be prompted to do so. And, no one is required to appear on video, however, if you do not appear on video, you MUST confirm you are an actual person to stay in the meeting. (No exceptions.)
